After 18 months in development, Hearst Corp. on Monday launched Manilla, an online service that helps people manage all their household accounts in one place. George Kliavkoff, executive vice president and deputy group head of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication, has been named Manilla’s full-time chief executive.
